The Problem With Training
How can we keep up as vehicle technology gets more and more complex? Hybrid and electric vehicles are just some of the vehicles which use unique components, systems, and have unique dangers as well. How can we keep up efficiently?
New technology comes with knowledge gaps, and everyone has a gap when a new system hits the roads. We believe that students are best served by training in which (a) the instructor has experience with those technologies, (b) courses are taught hands-on, and (c) class size that is limited to a maximum of four. All of this makes learning more efficient.

EA Training’s Unique Solution
EA Training comes from the real world. We diagnose and repair hybrids and EVs every day. Our shop expertise has served hybrid and electric car owners for over 17 years. Our training leadership has 25 years of experience teaching instructors and technicians, with learning strategies validated by the aftermarket as well as OEMs.
The core of our training is hands-on instruction on actual cars. Classes are kept to a 4-person minimum to ensure access and comprehension. We offer “full stack” education on subjects ranging from Basic Electrical to Advanced Fuel-Cell Powertrains. Our classes enable instructors and technicians to achieve a level of competency that will help move their careers forward in a manner that yields both financial and personal success.
